"The old lady was very rude and disrespectful. She even yelled at me when I was just asking her questions about the package I was trying to mail out. She wasn’t even out at the desk when another customer and I came in. She also came out with attitude problems. Felt like she took it out on me. If this is the way customer service works for them I will definitely take my business elsewhere and let all my veterans families and friends know. This is not the place to send or receive any kind of services."
