"It closes at 2 pm on a Saturday. The line is always 45 minutes long, even on a weekday at 2 pm. This is ridiculous, hire more staff or open another location. The employees are clearly exhausted and yet they still put on a smile for us and do their best! Thank you guys! Go find a job that will treat you better!"

"I visited the UPS store in Wasilla for the first time, not having used their services for non-Amazon returns before. I was surprised to find out that simply sending an email costs three dollars, and that doesn't even include printing it, which felt quite expensive. However, I had left my wallet at home, and to my relief, Tresa went out of her way to cover the email fee, an act of generosity and kindness that I truly appreciated. It's these small acts of excellent customer service that can make a difference in a small town business, and I hope UPS recognizes and rewards employees like Tresa who go above and beyond for their customers."
"Need to scan three pages… $5 set up fee, $0.25 per scan, and then $3 to send to your email. Are you kidding me?!!!! $8.75 to scan and send 3 pages to my email. I get minimum fees to make processing a credit card worth it. If you don’t want to pay the cc processing fees, make me pay cash, $1 a page. This type of pricing makes me think you all just don’t want to offer that service for small jobs. That is why it should be self serve. You have a copier machine that has the functionality. Then when someone doesn’t want to mess with the technology and can’t figure it, charge that $5 set up fee and $3 fee to send to your email. What an opportunity wasted for you all!"
