"I would first like to say how much I love the tattoo I received. Unfortunately, my experience receiving the tattoo was not pleasant. - Although I had provided detailed photos of the work I needed to be completed on a tattoo I had received out of state prior to my appointment. Upon arriving for the appointment I was told it would take almost twice as long as she had originally quoted. - She did not make sure I was comfortable prior to starting the tattoo. The stool I was to sit on for almost 3 hours was horribly uncomfortable and had very little cushion and no back support at all. The angle my arm and hand were twisted so she could work was also extremely uncomfortable and I had to ask for adjustments to be made to my arm and wrist so that they were supported. - During my tattoo she would stop to answer her phone. One call was a Snap Chat call from someone she didn’t even know! Jolene is a very talented tattoo artist. But her professionalism needs improvement."

"Shout out to anyone and everyone looking for a new tattoo or any variation of an addition or touch-up. This is the best studio you could ask for. Jo is the nicest, most comforting, and most importantly talented artist in town. Her shop is so clean, making it the best experience I have had in 20 years. I had a yellowfin tuna (Ahi) to cover up my 9-inch scar I got in Iraq. Brutal location and painful, however, her personality and uniqueness coupled with funny and awesome let us both power through and get it done in one session. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else, and there are several extremely talented professionals in the area. I will be back for more awesomeness and bring the wife and friends. "I sought out Jolene for a coverup after looking through local artists. I can say that I made more than the right choice. There aren’t enough words I can use to express how talented she is. Jolene not only did an outstanding job and transformed a simple tattoo into a work of art, she was also just amazing to hang out with. She made me feel more then welcome and had a blast with her for both the outline and color. The most fun I have ever had getting a tattoo! On top of having a fun experience, she was also both professional, open and honest about which coverup would work the best for what I was looking for.
