"My car ran perfect before coming to this place, still dealing with electrical problems after their 3rd attempt to install my compustar autostart (trash). I brought my WRX in right after Christmas. Perfectionist had to fix it THREE times. On the third time they accidentally made it so my windows wouldn't roll up. He chastised me and bugged me into taking my bad review down , which I did, to give him a chance to fix it. Fair request. They still messed it up twice after that. I then waited a couple months hoping I'd love the remote start. It errors half the time. It still caused and engine light that won't go away, Even after going to the auto shop. Perfectionist thought they were helping these 6 hours of inconvenience , plus two nights without my car, 4 uber rides at $80, a visit to the auto shop, $650, that "free" windshield wiper fluid was the ticket. Can you say imperfectionist ???"

"Professional group of people. Friendly customer service when you greet them as you walk in the building. They installed a pioneer stereo system and 2 alpine speakers in my 2006 Chevy Silverado. I am very satisfied with the work they have done! I will go back to get more work done on the vehicle! Love the touchscreen pioneer stereo they have installed."

"I had my auto start put in at Perfectionist Auto this winter and then had an issue where it would not start so brought it in to see if they could correct it. That didn't work so I made an appointment for one of the technicians to troubleshoot; they were able to fix it and also let me know that the actuators in both doors were going out (my windows never wanted to roll back up & my locks would go bonkers sometimes). I got an estimate for that and made the appointment to have that taken care of. This group is simply awesome. The care I got while I was there was wonderful and my car is running beautifully, especially with the nasty cold weather we've had lately. I appreciate everyone and everything they've done for me. "This place is great. They did a great job on the car. There was a plug that didn’t get hooked into my original equipment that made the clock and ac controls not work. I didn’t think much about it since I had a better clock on the new stereo. There were able to get me in QUICK to get it addressed when I needed the ac in the winter. Your welcome Anchorage for installing the blind spot monitors! They do good work and for me guaranteed satisfaction!"
