It’s also a place for people to be supported through emotions and release. I feel this place is very therapeutic and Lindsey has a wonderful sense of community. The teachers are kind and patient with adjustments. Also the building itself is so cute with different decorations and plants, every time I walk in I already begin to feel lighter!
