"Milling million-dollar property location. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms are gone downhill. Towel rack was held together with tape. No clean towels and the sheets were dirty. As well as the bathroom. For about 4 days I cannot use the toilet or take a shower large laundry due to the septic being backed up. Padlock and not have a key and door had bullet holes in and was barely on the frames"

"This use to be a respectable place for a quick stay if needed but not so much more. Everyone staying at the motel needs to find or Lord again and needs some major leadership examples and reminders of how life really is again or could be for them again. I cant judge ive been down and out before not sure if i was that down but either way just saying there is like 30 to almost 40 of them all looking like in the same situation... May something happen good for these ppl hopefully someday soon..."

"So the room itself 1/5 but the service is what made up the rest. All the other hotels and motels in and around anchorage were literally fully booked up so we had literally no choice but to stay here. The carpet was disgusting and the bed. There was no way in h**l I was sleeping on that so I bought my own sheets and a tarp to put over the mattress. It was so sketchy but hey at least I had somewhere to stay and shower. Oh and make sure you buy your own febreze because I sure did since I couldn’t stand the smell. Overall was fine but I would definitely not go back since I just didn’t feel comfortable or clean staying there. (I’ve added pictures for reference as well)"

"The owners are pretty rude and hard to understand. They offer no amenities and have no way of controlling the temperature in the rooms. The level of cleanliness isn't that of a respectable establishment.the staff are nosey and have way too much time on their hands to pry into guests business. They need to keep up with the maintenance more than they do. And the parking lot is in need of plowing."

"My Husband and I have lived here for over six years! We have been comfortable an warm! The staff and owners have always been friendly and very nice! Jack and Tracy have always been fair to Us and have been there for Us! Peak In is within close walking distance to both grocery stores, the eye doctor, the medical clinic, and several fast food places! The post office is only about five blocks away! Peak Inn is very centally located in My opinion and a very good place to stay! We (My Husband and I) have always been made to feel welcome here! The owners Jack and Tracy are awesome and We love them like family!"
