"Fantastic 200 acre property with lake and wildlife. Watched them feed the Sandhill cranes and 2 babies. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. I felt no need to go explore further as this respite was just what I had hoped for."

"We were surprised by the pretty location, although it's off the road a bit. We should have been advised on a safer place to park since someone rammed into our car! The room was alright, but furniture seemed old and the bathroom is tiny. Breakfast was good."

"This is a treasure within a treasure. Jim and Kathy are warm welcoming hosts. Thier home is breathtaking. Our room was very comfortable and beautiful. Jim is an artist, and he has made each room unique. Kathy is an amazing cook. Breakfasts are delicious and healthy. She uses locally grown berries for her muffins, waffles and jams. They know where to find wildlife and, interesting places off the beaten path. Alaskan Hosts Bed and Breakfast is a home we look forward to visiting again."

"I loved the room! The bathroom that looked like an outhouse was awesome! The view from the bay windows upstairs and in the dinning room was spectacular! Kathy & Jim were wonderful hosts. I would recommend their B&B to family and friends. We plan on looking them up again for a future visit."
