"I had a great experience with a pulmonologist there who I met with in person. She was very knowledgeable and ordered all the necessary medical tests to diagnose and treatment my symptoms. I highly recommend them."
"I was recently referred to Denali Health by my PCP for a consult and treatment for a medical issue. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Chowdury. He is smart, thorough and incredibly competent. Certainly one of the best I have ever dealt with. Alnd all of the staff, from check in to check out, reflect this same standard of excellence"
"I would never recommend this place. I received a small bill in the mail. However, there is nowhere to pay the bill online or mail in a check. Every single time I tried to call billing to pay over the phone, I was met with a voicemail. Weeks later I had a representative (kristen) call me back and left me a message saying she had been on vacation and was playing catch up. Tried to call back and left a message requesting a call back. I hadn’t heard anything until they sent my bill to collections. This place is extremely hard to get in touch with and I am so disappointed in their customer service."
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Professionalism and customer service are non-existent here. I scheduled a sleep study in May, but when the night for it arrived, I couldn’t find the place. The sleep lab has a different name and no sign outside, so I drove past the building several times. After trying to call several times, someone eventually answered the phone and told me I’d been driving past the correct building. Upon entry, the sleep technologist seemed as though he didn’t want to be there. My previous study had been at a very nice facility in Anchorage, so walking into the dingy room with what looked like a salvaged bed was disappointing. The mattress was lumpy and both pillows flat, the bedding was more threadbare than I’d expect at the cheapest motel. Additionally, the room was saturated in artificial fragrance/air freshener, which isn’t a good sign on its own, but I’m also horribly allergic to such substances. The technologist very lackadaisically hooked me up to the monitors, in such a way that I was very uncomfortable and unable to move freely. The nose tube also slid and blocked my airway, which was already plugged up from the air freshener. I’m unsure how I was even able to get enough sleep for an effective study. I awoke at 02:30 to a very hot and stuffy room, congested and with a horrible sinus headache. For all of the aforementioned reasons, I feel the results of my study were skewed. I was scheduled to do a second study with titration, but I had no desire to attempt sleeping at this awful facility again, so a compromise was offered for an APAP trial that could be done at home. A follow-up appointment was scheduled to review the results of using the APAP for the day after Labor Day. Over the holiday weekend however I was sick with an upper respiratory bug, and still symptomatic the day of the appointment. So I called at 08:00, which is when they open, but, of course, only got voice mail. So I left a message explaining my situation and that I’d have to reschedule. After several hours had passed with no return call, I called again and managed to get hold of staff. The staff member said they couldn’t find the message I’d left, but as it had been less than twenty-four hours notice, I’d have to pay the full price of the appointment before they would reschedule me. I guess they slept through the last three years, as you simply DO NOT show up anywhere when sick anymore. And as the day before had been a holiday, getting twenty-four hours notice was already impossible. I’m unsure how this clown show is even in business, but I’m already making arrangements through the VA to have my APAP review done elsewhere."
"I went to see the neurologist here and it turned out to be a zoom call from California. She was intelligent and reassuring but I was charged over $700 for this video consult as self pay. I never recieved a bill for services and they were unable to charge me for those services immediately after my appointment or when I tried calling back multiple times. The balance was somehow sent to collections and listed under a previous address of mine. They had never tried calling me back to collect my account balance either. I am furious with how I was treated by this company. I recommend driving to Anchorage to see another neurologist or pulmonologist These people have no idea what they are doing."
