"The posted hours are wrong, went in Friday at 5:02 and was told they were closed even though the posted hours say they are open till 5:30. Came back Saturday because there hours said they are open Saturday but there was no one there. Now I have a lapse in coverage because the documents they wanted weren’t turned in on time."

"Only 4 stars because while they were friendly and knowledgeable it was slightly upsetting they wouldn't let me have a full coverage plan on my dog even though I ride him to work."

"They were good until they weren't. Geico did not fight for us during the incident we had, that we weren't at fault, we then took action into our own hands to get the ball rolling they didn't like that too much and basically lectured us on not talking to the other company even though they weren't doing anything. Very frustrating 2.5 months to say the least."

"This is my insurance company. They are always very helpful and friendly. Recently I found out my truck will be down for a while. I didn't want to not have coverage but I also didn't want to pay full price for insurance on a car that I can't drive. So I called them and they set up storage insurance for me. Instead of having to pay 150 a month I now only have to pay 25 a month until I have something I can drive and I won't have a lapse in insurance. So winning all the way around. Thank you Geico.
