"Recent level of care has faltered. Have had to call to have referrals re-faxed or pick up to make sure they are delivered to appropriate Dr offices. Went in for yearly labs and not called for weeks for results, then not all labs were done, or “forgotten”. Made appt and asked to have said labs done only to not be called with results again. Not acceptable behavior. Have had my whole family at this establishment since 2013 and looking to change. Haven’t had this bad of care since we were on the military base. Seriously considering think twice about going to Dr Jim Cook if you have a complicated medical history, he may not be able to handle it."

Dr. Erickson shows an immense amount of compassion and listens to his patients, and Roma always has a smile and welcoming demeanor.
