I've been leaving a message every day for over a month with no response, they sent me to collections without even calling me back to explain what was going on with my account. I have gotten multiple bills with different amounts I owe. Ridiculous. No one will help me or answer my questions. I am 100% never using them again."

"They knew I started there seeing Dr. O. Dr. O was absolutely amazing. I have always had issues with Dr. Roberts. He has tried to re-diagnose me with things that are already in my chart and he has been refilling the prescriptions for it for over a year. Today he fired me as a patient. I had an appointment at noon. Instead of seeing me they said I should find another neurologist because he refuses to do his job. Prescriptions regularly take well over a week to get refills. The office rarely answers the phone. They knew I wasn’t working and have no insurance and can’t drive right now. Yet instead of calling me and telling me this they had me go to my appointment to tell me he isn’t capable of helping me any longer. This is after they said they couldn’t refill one of my migraine prescriptions any longer because it is a controlled substance. Still waiting for my medical records. This is the first time I have ever seriously considered contacting the Alaska medical board over an issue with a doctor. I honestly can’t count how many appointments I had with Dr. Roberts where he literally did nothing. At $303 out of pocket per visit it’s absolute robbery. This is all after trying to get him to talk to my pain doctor since June and him refusing to do so."
