"I’ve been dealing with ACP, since Cathy Stange was there. My eldest will be 12 this year and she’s been seen there since birth. We love it there, especially having Dr. Abernathy as our pediatrician. Very attentive doctor, his passion for what he does SHOWS. The environment there is welcoming, their staff is friendly and kind. I’d highly recommend ACP to any family or friend. GO SEE DR. ABERNATHY, he’s the BEST "
"Each and every staff member was superb, both clinically and administratively. They were kind, and timely. From the beginning to the end the appointment was great. I took 2 children at the same time and was able to do both appointments which is spectacular for a pediatric provider. They addressed both myself and my children and built excellent patient trust in a compassionate and professional manner. Our nurse, Rebecca administered vaccines very effectively and efficiently causing minimal discomfort and almost no tears. Our Doctor, Dr. Ray, who is a mom herself (which she discussed in our visit) was so kind to the kids and let them get in some silly questions and comments to help them feel at ease. All around I’m very pleased with our visit and that this office is in network with our insurance. If you are looking for a good provider I try ink they are probably one of the best in the area."
"Used to love, but has just become an assembly line of get your shots and get out. I tried to have my daughter only get one vaccine at a time spread out over a longer period of time and I had to keep reminding them of the ones she already had and the ones she needed, even though they were looking at her chart. I corrected them several times. It's just not a good place for individualized care. Good for getting in quick and getting shots if that's all you need. They spend more time asking "social questions" than with you talking about the actual health of your child. Dr. Abernathy is a great doctor though."
"Doctor's are great but unfortunately we will have to find a different place to go. This is not a doctor's office anymore, it's a social/political billboard. My kids' care from the staff and nurses has gone downhill, all the while they're putting so much effort into promoting and normalizing mental health issues. A doctor's office should not have "pins" with your preferred pronouns on display at the front desk as if it's normal. IT'S NOT NORMAL! IT'S A MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE! Do whatever you want in the exam room with your patients privately, but don't promote social issues at your front desk. And the questions they ask now are so stupid.. "what is the hardest part of parenting for you?" I am here to get medical advice and recommendations for my children and I can no longer trust these ya-hoos."
"Wonderful staff and doctors! My girls loved Dr. Ray, who performed very thorough exams and developmental screenings at their 1 and 4 year old well visits on the same day. They scheduled my children for a day and time that worked best with our schedule, and went above and beyond to ensure that visiting the office was as convenient as possible for our family. The staff was compassionate, child-friendly and patient as our 4 year old talked their ears off and asked for little cups of water. I was so impressed with everything about our visit. 10 out of 5 stars for this office and all staff members! Thank you all for a great experience! I can say with 100% confidence as a Pediatric clinician myself that I trust ACP with my children's care."
