Healthcare is so isolated from a competitive market it is remarkably inefficient as an industry and it is patients who pay that cost. $350 dollars for a routine check up prescription check up. Clinics, Valley Medical included, are incentivized to be inefficient because it makes them money to withhold care unless you schedule an appointment."
