Even though it took a while to locate my items, she never showed frustration or annoyance. Overall, great customer service and great experience!"

"Needed a box of nails for a dewalt electric nailer. All of the product is locked up, ok keep theft down. I asked two different people for help but they had to call someone. Waited 10 minutes and while I did I found what I needed on Amazon, won't have it today so I now have to adjust my jobs at home but I know I'm getting them. Also there is too much stuff in the aisles, I'm surprised that Americans with disabilities aren't complaining, there is no way to maneuver a wheelchair in there. In conclusion Home Depot is not a good place to go if you're in a hurry."

"I haven’t had a good experience yet ordering from this store. Right now I’m waiting on an appliance which was promised mid-august but is still not delivered. Home Depot’s own tracking web site show’s it’s been in Fairbanks for 3 weeks but the store can’t find it. A national representative called 4 days ago to say they found it and expect a call in 24 hrs. Still no word…"
