"Moss busters was great at communication and easy to set up appointment. I do still have some black streaks on my house and some large amounts of moss. I did not receive follow up paperwork but they were responsive with an email and said the moss is sanitized and will come off eventually. However, I scheduled the cleaning in time for an open house so I will now need to rent a pressure washer and ladder to clean up the moss and black streaks still left. I have one smaller side of the house that was not cleaned during the exterior washing portion. I would definitely recommend being home during the work as the little problems could have been addressed at that time."
