"I am shocked at the experience I had with this company given their reviews and their overall good reputation in the area. We had a backup in our sewer on Sunday night that flooded into our downstairs. I promptly called a company in the area that morning when I found out but they weren’t able to fit me in. I then called Royal Flush because I knew they had a good reputation and had pumped for the previous owners of my home. I reached someone around 930am and the lady in the office was very nice. She told me she couldn’t fit me in right away but that they would get to it that day it just might go into overtime. I was very clear that I was almost positive the problem was coming from a clog in the pipe. She told me the guy would call me when he was on the way to my home. The day goes by, I don’t hear anything. I call at 630pm and reach dispatch. She tells me she will pass along a message to have them call me for an update, takes my phone number down. I call again at 830pm and ask that the emergency tech contact me because if the job had not gotten down, I needed to call around to other companies. I wake up in the morning with no communication from the company. I call again at 530am and again at 7am and again, she takes my number down and tells me the office opens at 7. I called again at 715 and the office still is not open. I asked the dispatcher at this point to have the office call me as soon as they open. At this point, I know it’s time to call a different company. I finally receive a call back at 930am from the office stating that they had in fact pumped my sewer the night before but the drive wrote my number down incorrectly so he could not contact me (how is this possible after I’ve given the dispatcher my number 4 separate times)?? The lady in the office stated they pumped my sewer and that the line was again flowing and there was no need for the other company to come out. I had the other company I had contacted still come out. Guess what? Pipe was still clogged. Had I trusted Royal Flush, I would have had another backup into my basement. They pumped my sewer but did not do the job I had specifically asked them to do. I needed the clog to be taken care of. I felt compelled to write this review given they dropped the ball numerous times in their communication and their service. I’m sorely disappointed and hope they can figure out some issues within their company."

"We knew our septic system was old and soon would need replacing. That's when we had a back up in the garage drain, of course on a Saturday. Royal Flush was out in no time, fixed the clog and we were on our way. That was about February/March. We decided then we'd better get ahead of the problem and scheduled for a spring septic replacement. Good thing as we had one more back up/clog in April (again on a Saturday!) Royal Flush saved the day and assured us we were on the schedule for right away after road weight restrictions. We had a fair bid/price and approx date. What was amazing to me was the day of our septic system install - Royal Flush showed up right at 9am and immediately got to work. They had impressive coordination of jobs, workers and equipment. Old tank pumped, landscaping prepped - trees plowed and disposed of, new pipes, tank, gravel and more. Finished the project with clean up of landscaping - smoothed out entire area, picked large rocks and cleaned up after themselves..... even swept my driveway AND they saved a lilac bush from demise (it was in the middle of the area) Nice people, professional people. They get the job done as they promise or better. Thank you! Royal Flush has my business (we've been with another company for 30 years)"
