"Beware of this business. They rent to Fruadsters and refuse to work with a person who has been defrauded. One of their customers has defrauded 100's of T-Mobile Customers. They acknowledge the problem, but would only suggest the defrauded person to contact Sublette County Sheriff. When contacting the Sheriff, he confirmed the fraud, and said he was receiving hundreds of calls from all over the United States. He offered no help."

"We have been using Moosely for years for our regular mail service. Efficient, friendly service at reasonable rates. Recommended. To those who downgrade due to "spam" -- stop reviewing businesses you have never personally patronized, will ya?!"

"When the first documents arrived at our LLC mail box, we asked them to scan email and send digitalized documentation and they rejected it because they said it is a "box" can't scan. So we selected to forward to our country "Argentina" this documentation, and they've done that but charged us more than USD600 to our credit card. We've called them and they told us that is the amount Fedex charges them. We have an account with Fedex so we simulated the same shipping and our cost was USD 97, so.. or they have the worst shipping cost in the world or it was a robbery. It reminded us of a famous inkjet brand who sold cheaper printers but each time you have to change the ink cartridge is more expensive than the whole printer."

"They sent my package to the wrong address and when I called to ask about it they refused to help, said it was my fault and then hung up on me when I asked her name and to speak to the manager. Horrible customer service, we will never use them again. I highly recommend you use the post office instead. Brandy at the post office helped me after Moosely refused to."
