"I appreciate My VA @ JBER/ANC I Can Not remember ever being treated harshly. No, I don't always get what I want, but I do get treated well, with Dignity and Respect."
"Had an appointment with my health care provider ,then someone from they’re section called me and asked many questions relating to my need at the appointment ,took all the info ,going to give it to my provider to have a heads up , later that werk called to verify my appointment time ,was told what appointment ,you dont have one ,( professionalism at work??) took three days to reschedule an appointment ,thru a v,a net work line! Ya ,ya oh well should be ecstatic , i got. another appointment ,i guess?! The v.a.continues to under do its performance, ! Oh well what did i really expect??"
"Have gone for many appointments and prescription pickups. I find all of the staff to be very kind, courteous, and go out of their way to help a veteran in need. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for your service. That is to be expected with a mass volume patients and customers that they treat there on a daily basis. With covid-19 restrictions they have done an excellent job of adapting their services to provide remote patient meetings. Many of the staff now work remotely from the main building and there is still seamless integration of first-rate care for the patients"
"I always have had nothing but a good experience with the Anchorage VA. They work with the Elemndorf hospital and everything gets taken care of in a timely manner. I am somewhat prejudice as I used to be a USN corpsmen and know what goes on behind the scenes. I have an up and coming knee replacement surgery coming up and my only fears are PT (pain and torture) after surgery. Keep up the good work gotta love my VA."
