"The doctors and front desk personnel are great but the manager creates an awkward and hostile environment. My wife and I visited their establishment for service and we witnessed the manager, I think I caught her name as Anna, or possibly Chanandlar, berating and belittling multiple front desk personnel in front of multiple customers, both in person, and while at least one of them was attempting to speak with a client over the phone. When confronted and proven to be wrong about whatever the issue was that had her so upset, she did not apologize to anyone; the employees, the customers in the front area, no one. It was incredibly awkward and we felt such pity on her poor employees. Chanandlar (or Anna?) needs to take some classes on people skills. Keep your heads up, front desk personnel! You rock! How does she treat her employees and OUR PETS when people are not around?!?!"

I have owned multiple Golden Retrievers and house cats, I raise Golden Retriever puppies and foster cats and kittens for a local nonprofit rescue organization.....I probably frequent the clinic more often than the traditional pet owner. The entire staff at SSAH is very professional, honest, caring and goes above and beyond to provide the best care for all my animals. I highly recommend SSAH to any pet owner. I would give the 10* if I could :)"

"My family had to put down our 17 year old Pom. The staff at this clinic were absolutely amazing and kind to her. They treated her with dignity until the moment she passed, and they gave her the most gentle and BEST CARE. They didn’t spare any treats or pets. They also gave us so much time with her and even let us tell them when we were ready. they never pushed us or hurries us. They continuously asked us if we wanted more time. They also explained everything that was going on. I am so grateful we went here. We are heartbroken, so being around people who are genuinely kind and understand made it a little less painful."
