"Return policy is awful. My boss bought a nice pair of sunglasses for me, gave the receipt, the salesclerk at the time told him I could exchange for what I wanted. I tried to exchange for a same-cost item and they stated only the original purchaser could exchange them. So, on top of giving an expensive gift, we would have to set up a time to go in and exchange together or the clerk recommended I "take a picture of what I want" and have him come back in. It's a waste of everyone's time. Then the clerk recommended I simply gift them (a $260 pair) to someone else. Right."
