"Welcome to the village half to remember it's not a city everything has to be flying over on a plane or barged in if it's flying in it's going to be more expensive ok and I believe fresh comes in Thursday. I was raised here all my life and I remembered this delivery to homes back then that's what I remember but yes enjoy because we do or some of us do."

"We were deep in Glacier Bay National Park and our freezer goes out on our boat. Stuffed with 3 months of provisions we run all morning to Hoonah praying for a solution. In cell range we call them on a holiday weekend and they say they have 4 different sizes in stock. When we arrive we find out they are short staffed. The freezers are in the loft and the forklift is in use somewhere else. Devin comes to the rescue and man handles one down the steep ladder staircase, loans us a dolly (after offering us a ride) and we cart it down the dock to the boat. Back in business before losing any food! This place rocks, so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!!!"
