"Been going to Genesis since 2019. Know Elvis and have been cut by every guy in the shop. They are expensive, but give great cuts. Went in today for cut per usual, newer guy Elijah is good with curly hair so I requested him. After waiting for 1.5 hrs, I was passed over for one of his friends. With a “I’ll get you next”. After another hour of waiting he was still “cutting” his friend’s hair and talking. 2.5 hours was enough for me to walk. If you aren’t one of the “boys” you might be waiting a while. Highly unprofessional and lost a longtime customer today."

"My son had his first day of Kindergarten today. We walked in 30 minutes prior to school starting and they made magic happen! Thanks so much for making my little guy look so handsome on his first day of school with such short notice! You guys are amazing!"

"Cuts are crooked. One barber did not understand the difference between low, mid, and high taper. Did not understand what a comb over trim was, asked if I knew what the cut was literally right after I asked for it. I did not want to explain myself a third time so I just got tapers. Little effort put into the cut especially on the back."

"Got a haircut and beard trim today. The part in the hair was done a little higher than would have liked. The barber cut me in a few places. He also missed a couple good size patches of beard when trimming beard. I noticed that when I got home and my fiancee noticed all of the cuts when she got home. I think this was due to the cloth he wrapped around neck but he didn't double check after he removed it. It wasn't a bad haircut for speed and price but the barber needs to be more careful with the buzzers."
