"The shop is now closed 3 days a week apparently? And they picked Thursday-Saturday to be closed? Seems like a poor decision to close on busier weekend days. That’s when most of us need to get cuts. Not very sanitary, trash cuts, rude staff, and incredibly overpriced. The lady in charge seems to set the tone for the low standards in the shop. It is also unsettling that she will trash-talk her employees with a customer in her chair. Not professional."
