"Great at fades, but that’s about it. Even by a barbershop’s standards with hair everywhere this place is dirty. Staff showed lack of awareness and concern for the ATM in their waiting area being broken…and they are cash based. My barber spend half the time going over a 2” x 2” spot on my left temple. I thought he was about to rub the skin right off my head. At the same time, the barber across the aisle left for 5 minutes mid cut with a customer to go buy snacks a few doors down. What twilight zone is this place."

"Today, I received a haircut from Robert Yankee, the owner, of Yankee barbershop. The reason I am writing this review is because I received a really, bad, nightmare of a haircut from one of the other barbers in the shop last week from todays date. That particular barber cut me 7 or 8 times in my neck and face with a razor while he was shaving me and I was bleeding in 8 different places. Here's why I chose to give them 4 stars, because I came back to the shop today (which is a week after incident) and talked to the owner Robert about it. He decided to give me a free cut. He also, said he would talk to the other barber and explain that if you give a bad haircut (if the customer is unhappy) do something about it. Either a discount, or give them a free cut or something. I can write a honest review and say you (as a customer) you can go in yankee barbershop and be confident that they run a good business and will do a good job cutting your hair. However, if your not satisfied they will make it right. This was my first bad haircut I ever received in my life! But it was the first time I have ever seen this kind of professionalism from a barber. Go check out Yankee barbershop and go see Robert Yankee!"
