"Bought a service agreement with Baileys on our new couch and love seat. Love seat stopped reclining. Called Baileys there maint guy ask me to trouble shoot the electrical. Did what he asked no response since. Paid $400 for the policy. I was told to email the maint guy he will not receive my emails. Trying to get Baileys to make good on my maint. Policy."
"They are a bad company to work they do not work with army families they do not work with people trying to go to college and go to orientations they do not allow people to take emergency phone calls and if they do they will take away their cell phone physically they are just a whole bad company to work for in general and even try to get anything done it is hard to get anything done for customers for furniture repair and always has backorders"
