"I have stayed here quite a few times over the past couple of years. This is probably the best budget motel I stay in. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is better than most."

"Honestly when this was the 'Lodge at Pinedale' the hotel as a whole was in much better standards.. I mean the hallway flooring has got to be the cheapest snap together flooring you can buy, nit to mention whomever installed it needs glasses or forgot his or thier glasses, the security system (cameras and wiring) looks like someone's first time with all the patch work done after installing the cameras, caulking in the bathrooms needs redone.. there's little brown hairs all over the wash clothes and tub..the sheets needs replaced as there's ink splotches on every single piece on the bed.. it's quite a shame to see something that was good and nice turn to be another ghetto motel 6 that's missing the 6!:/"

"The person working the front has no sense of customer service, is difficult to get to the front desk, and will deliberately screw you out of your money. My reservation did not have fees to change or cancel my reservation. But when I checked in and asked to have my reservation changed to 1 night instead of 2 he completely ignored me and checked me in without any paperwork or cards being presented and charged me for both nights all in an attempt to charge me a surcharge of an early checkout fee."

"This is by far the cleanest hotel I have been in. Only complaint was pool and hot tub was down for maintenance. (But so is all other hotels. They need to quit using covid as a excuse) and the ice machine wasn't in service either.i will be staying here again owners were amazing and so was my room"
