Ahenzi was the front desk agent who helped us with our stay and she was honestly so compassionate and so knowledgeable on every aspect of every need we needed! I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for friendly and fast service! And of course they also offer free breakfast during your stay. This place deserves TEN stars."

"Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. The young man at the front desk encouraged us to go out to Freeman lake to look for wildlife. We didn't see anything, but got some great pictures! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"We stayed here a week ago and from Check in to Check out it was a horrible experience. Check in they said we had no reservation and I wish I’d of walked out then cause it only got worse. I worked a long day and could not get into room and I couldn’t find anyone to get me key. It took me 30 or more of waiting and looking for staff. Then I couldn’t do laundry as my child got sick and I had to wash her blanket. I got it washed after I waited for someone else to get their laundry out as they had 1 machine working rest were out of order. Then dryers were all out of order and new one was not set up. I ended hanging blanket to dry. Would have use hair dryer but it apparently was taken from wall. Carpet was all stained in room but they refused to move us stating they were booked and I’m sure that was not the case as there were never more than 15 vehicles in lot. The breakfast was cold and eggs were watery, sausage looked like it was sitting out for 4 days and fruit was fit for my chickens to eat as it was so ripe I could have made purée baby food from it. When I asked them about it they simply said they were getting ready to change to a different breakfast and trying to use up there leftovers. I was mortified hoping no one gets sick. When I called the hotel after we got home I asked to speak to manager, they had all kinds of excuses, they told me they had complaints about us and I said excuse me and they continued to tell me what I drove and when I left hotel which kinda gave me the chills. I thought who watches hotel guests for no reason. I was completely floored. This hotel I would not recommend to anyone. I would stay at any hotel other than this one. I was over charged and they would not correct as well. I was suppose to get a rate of 119 a night they charged me 166 a night. These people do not care about hospitality or cleanliness."

"For the price, this hotel should be a whole lot nicer. It is dated and the beds are old. The furniture in our room was in poor condition with lots of scratches and finish worn off. The sheets were clean and the room was clean so I had no issue with cleanliness but the thing they drape over the bottom of the beds was stained and old looking. Mattresses were not the best either. The lobby was nice. The pool and hot tub are in need of repair. Won't stay here in the future. Staff was friendly, no issue with them."
