Reviews
"The location is wonderful. Proximity to West Yellowstone is fantastic. I found the staff to be very helpful to us as well as other campers. The bathroom/showers are immaculate. The road noise was minimal and did not take away in anyway from the experience. The site we had was large enough for us and our 2 dogs. Beautifully maintained. Would definitely stay again."
"We didn’t stay here. We used the laundry and got propane. The lady in the office was very nice. Propane prices are good at $3.50/gal. Laundry facility is clean. RV spots are apx $80/night which is typical for the area. I would stay here with my rv next time."
"The proximity to Yellowstone is its best feature. The gravel pull through sites are long enough and each has a small grass patch. Leveling is easy. There is a small off leash dog area and grass lots behind for walking your dog. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is propane available. Also a laundry. Water hook up was a challenge due to the way the pipes are plumbed. Sewer hookup at my site was very difficult."
"Stayed here 2 nights although we booked 3, but this was not due to the RV park itself. More that we were not very impressed with Yellowstone in comparison to many other parks we have been to. They have a strict no refund policy, so we lost out on about $85 for the extra night. It simply was not worth staying to us when we had limited time to see lots of places. One of the best views we had the entire time actually across the street from this RV park! We checked in by going in, quick and breezy, and we were shown our site. It's a decent sized park, gravel sites with spacious grass in-between. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in dog park. We saw they listed some available activities such as frisbee golf and a pool table, but we didn't utilize those. Always nice to have some extras when you're staying longer in one spot. No fire pit or picnic tables at our site. If we plan to stay places for more than a couple nights we usually seek out these things along with a dog park. Overall, the park itself was nice, clean, and well maintained. Personally we wouldn't go back to that area in general, but they did a nice job for being a tourist zone, maybe a little overpriced."
"Nice size sites with nice yards and a good view. Nice restrooms that were recently remodeled. However, after requesting a site further away from the highway when making the reservation they put us on the front row along the highway and in-between 3 other "campers" that were together who knew nothing about camping etiquette. Highway noise goes through the night."
