Yellowstone West Gate Hotel

"Their breakfast is the best I have ever had. They have a hall facilitated with a kitchen for the breakfast. There is a staff member cooking in the kitchen. You can see what she is making there. The egg, sausage, bacon and potatoes are hot and fresh. There is a machine making pancakes automatically. Their pancakes are very good. There is also fruit, juice, coffee, milk and hot chocolate as other hotels serve. Their hot food part is my favorite."

"Very friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and different each day. Had a great stay. Defintly not a 2 star hotel, 4 star for sure. Would recommend. Bathroom was small would be only downfall."

"The hotel was in a great location, just 5 mins from the west Entrance. The room was clean and comfortable. The staffs were gracious. The necessities in the room were also great. The breakfast could have been better with more variations and choices. The room could have more lights. There was no view outside the window which we didn't like."

"First time here! We stayed for two nights so we could be close to Yellowstone National Park and it’s super close to the west entrance. Indoor pool and hot tub. Hot Breakfast available. Tons of parking available around the hotel. Laundry room available ($2 for wash & dry each, $1.00 for detergent). Business center available with copier and fax machine. Downtown restaurants and shops available within walking distance. The Husband and wife team at night was awesome! Only complaint I have is we stayed on the first floor and had no pets and all we could hear is the dogs barking at the time. I wish they would of moved us to the floor with no animals since we booked months in advance."

"My wife and I absolutely loved our stay (4D3N). We were surprised it was only given 2 stars, because everything -- room, staff, breakfast, etc. -- was better than expected. The room was really clean, and the bed was so comfy. Tons of tv channels. Bathroom was clean though not elaborate. The staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. And the distance to the shopping and eating places was just less than 5 minute drive. Distance to the Yellowstone West Entrance was about the same. Breakfast was not fancy but good stuff to start off the day. Just a perfect place to rest after an adventurous day in Yellowstone. Will definitely return to the same hotel!"
