"We rented this place for starting on June 17 June 2022. On June 12 the Yellowstone area received catastrophic floods, washing out the road to Gardiner where the house was located. Although only residents were allowed to drive on the road the owner refused to refund our money or use it for a deposit for a future visit. Never rent from this organization!"

"WE booked with West Yellowstone Vacation Rentals and they said "payment was never received" and cancelled our rental THE DAY we were leaving on our trip to Yellowstone. WE were headed out with no where to stay. They refunded my payment so I don't see how "payment was never received." Explain how they can refund my money if it was never received. DO NOT RENT with this company. They make false claims and may cause stress to your trip. Absolutely terrible!"
"We booked a home through this company 6 months in advance for our family trip to Yellowstone. The website and pictures looked amazing! We were so excited, made a 2 day drive to spend 7 days here, and upon arriving at 10pm at night we found this home to NOT be what we saw represented online. Windows were boarded up, furniture was old and worn, and the worst part was there were BEDBUGS on the beds, running around!!! The company was very nice to quickly refund us our money, however we were left with no where to sleep after 2 days of driving, and everything in Yellowstone was SOLD OUT. Even worse, this cabin remained open with new visitors arriving the very next week. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT booking with this company. These properties were not well maintained or cared for. Extremely disappointing!"
