"I went to Chris for a balayage. I was excited since he was a master stylist however I’m now realizing the difference between master stylist vs master colorist. I told him I didn’t want blonde brought to my root so that I won’t have to get it touched up often when it grows out. My hair looked nothing like what I showed him, and blonde was brought up to my root. The blonde was very blotchy, very blonde in some parts and a darker blonde/red in other parts of my head. He knew I wasn’t happy with it when I left but was still charged almost $300. I called the next day to try and get it fixed and spoke with the owner. She assured me they could fix it and that they would “tag team” it together. I came for my appointment and no one ever assisted chris with fixing it. He ended up putting a root smudge on and it looked much better. I left liking my hair however still felt like I didn’t get what I asked for. I was charge for the root smudge which I felt as though I shouldn’t since I specifically asked him not to go to my roots with the blonde (it looked like a head of highlights honestly, not a balayage). I was charged for his mistake. Also, he was very rough on my hair, not a pleasant overall experience, painful actually. However I did leave with “liking” my hair. So there’s that."

"I was a client of Lori’s. She is the owner. I went to her in March 2019. She microbladed my eyebrows 4 times from March-June. Every time I made an appointment with her, she or her receptionist would change my appointment without consulting me. I would then have to call to ask about the text message I received saying my appointment was changed. One appointment was changed 5 times on me. All appointments were changed no less than 2 times. Then Lori was unable to get my eyebrows correct, even after 4 appointments! I wanted my one side thickened and leveled. Because she couldn’t get that side leveled she gave my other side a curve to match, which caused it to thicken so I looked like I had a mama caterpillar and a baby caterpillar on my face! It’s been almost a year and I sought out other beauticians to fix my eyebrows. No one will touch this disaster. They have advised me to let the ink completely fade or I have to get it removed. One beautician also stated that even if they did go back in, I wouldn’t want them to keep using the same shade as it’s the wrong color. There’s really no other way this could have gone wrong. Edit: Just mere minutes after posting my review Lori text me (after 10 at night) saying she was completely shocked by my review and then went on to say “If I could just ask you to remove that review and work things out with me one on one rather than affect my whole entire staff of business...” Buyer beware and then be aware of harassment!"

"I went in for a leg waxing and brow waxing. Lori took such great care of me. Made me feel very comfortable during the whole appointment. Always keeping you laughing and left with the biggest smile. My brows never looked so good! She was very gentle the whole time. The hairdressers there welcomed everyone that came in and assisted them right away, even with clients in their chairs. The spa was very clean and organized. I love the color scheme as well. I will definitely be recommending anyone and everyone to come here. I promise you'll leave with a smile on your face!!!"
