"I was a last minute walk in. I came in to cut my hair short about shoulder length. The first thing she did was shampoo my hair and she was a little rough. After that, she cut my hair to the style I wanted but it turned out to be shorter then what I asked for.. I asked her to clean up my curtain bangs instead she gave me uneven bangs. Also, she combed out my hair so uneven and then started to cut freely without any guidance. Lastly, she blowed dried my hair and then asked if I wanted it straighten out. I said yes. She burnt my right ear. She also spent more time cutting my right side which turned out to be super choppy and uneven. I still tipped her because at first glance it looked okay and she was an elderly and she was nice to me. I went home and saw how bad it really was so I cut a little bit to make it even. But I'm still not happy I spent $65 just so I can fix it myself. Honestly, this was the worst hair experience I had. I don't recommend this place or at least being a last minute walk in. Since the mall closed at 9pm I assumed the salon would close the same time. It actually closed 3 hours earlier."

"Absolutely LOVED the service I received from every staff member I encountered from booking to finish! I especially enjoyed Magaly, who specializes im ethnic/natural hair. She was patient, thorough, &very personable! It did cost more than what I usually pay however, I would visit again and recommend this salon."
