"Paula did my hair, it turned out horrible. I asked for a specific color and it was executed poorly. She did not care about what I wanted. She told me that I wouldn't be happy with that at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She left the hair dye in too long, my ends of my hair fell out. She told me that hair falls out when you dye it. I have never experienced none of that at all. My hair has never fallen out after getting my hair done at a salon."

"The owner (Paula) is amazing! She's been doing my hair for about 3 years now and I wouldn't want anyone different! She's absolutely the best! Also she has a wide variety of salon products to take home. I love that I can get my hair colored & cut, go tanning, get my nails down & get a brow wax all at once place! It's convenient & she's open till 9 which makes its even better!!!! If you want your hair looking perfect then make an appointment asap & bring in a picture of whatever you want ( it makes things so much easier for you and the hairdresser)"

"I went to hi rollers and had the  absolute worst experience. I came in with multiple pictures of what I wanted and I did not leave with anything close to the pictures or what I wanted. She bleached my virgin hair 3 times and it came out spotted. From what I've heard and seen before, spotted color is from expired dye. Also, she had quoted me $150 maximum and charged me $210. When I went back and explained to the owner, Paula (the stylist who did my hair) that I was not happy and that I wanted a refund, she avoided me for 2 days. When I confronted her again she told me that she had spoken to her attorney and that the most she could give me was $50. I feel that I am being cheated in this situation as I am the one that has to live the mistake she made until it grows out."
