"Highly impressed! The most courteous staff. I spoke with nurse Bobbi prior to coming and she was excellent. She took the time to listen and hear my concerns and gave me her best recommendation. I got my daughter in with Dr. Shen and couldn’t be more grateful. Her expertise was exactly what we needed. She is kind, caring, and very intelligent. It was a pleasant experience and left me with the most peace of mind that I’ve had in awhile now. Front desk staff from check in to check out were wonderful. Both ladies that helped me were professional and very kind. Kayshawn was also really great. You can see from his interactions that he really cares about the patients he is caring for. He was very sweet. Overall, such a great experience."
