"Let’s admit it; going to the dentist is not high on the list of fun things to do. Since i live in Kodiak, often I’m just arriving from the airport, suitcase in hand and a little frazzled. The people behind the front desk are always nice and calmly check me in with a smile. They set the tone for my visit and I can feel myself relaxing. My dental hygienist comes and greets me and off we go for a very thorough cleaning, followed with an exam by my dentist Dr Henri who never seems in a rush and takes the time to answer my questions. I have been a patient of Health Centered Dentistry for over 8 yrs and I credit the care and education I have received as to why my teeth are still in good condition at 78 yrs. Due to traumatic experiences as a child I grew to being afraid of the thought of going… Dr. Henrie has explained the importance and upmost care and concern. With the future work going to be done I honestly feel relief coming into this office. I’ve had a cleaning done by Jillian and I showed up a nervous wreck and by the time I sat in the chair I felt relief and comfort by her presence and approach.
