"Great place. I would definitely stay here. Thank you Patric and Sarah"
"Rented through Vrbo. Highly recommend. Great location right outside Yellowstone Natl Park. Great hosts too!"
"This place is so awesome! Patrick and Sarah are SO nice and have lived in the area for years so they are a wealth of information even for us in our 10 year of coming to the area. If you are like us you read the reviews to see what the true story is about a place before you spend your money. I can tell you without a doubt this place is great. The inside seemed brand new to us when we stayed in Feb of 2018. (I tried to leave a review back then but must have done something wrong) All very high end appliances, furnishing and finishes. The see-through fireplace is gorgeous and so nice on the cold days. When you are standing at the sink you are overlooking the Yellowstone river and looking into the park. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is an Alberstons grocery store you will pass in Livingston on your way through to Paradise Valley (its called that for a reason, enjoy the views in and watch our for elk and sheep in the road and if you look at the tree tops along the river you will see bald eagles) or the Gardiner Market is about a half a mile away and is very well stocked. You are seconds away from the only usable vehicle entrance into Yellowstone during the winter. You are directly on THE Yellowstone river. There is a nice deck with a grill to hang out on and when we were there we had Bald Eagles flying at eye level as they flew over the river. You can walk to everything in Gardiner in just minutes. If you have never been to Gardiner there are bison and elk that roam the streets. On one our trips back to the house we had to wait a few minutes for the bison to move out of our driveway so we could park. We scheduled our snowmobile trip into the park and it was a two minute drive to the meeting location. This house is beautiful. This house is river front. This house is 2 minutes from the park entrance. This house is close to everything you need. Even if you do not go to the park due to weather or whatever it is an enjoyable place to hang out or just walk around town. If you want to raft talk to Patrick, we were there in the winter so we did not do this. We are currently planning our next trip to the area and would absolutely stay here again except we are coming with a lot of family members and need a much larger place. We have yet to find any place to match this location."
"This place was awesome; Patrik and his wife were very accommodating and made sure our stay was exactly what we wanted...The house was newly remodeled and very stylish...The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the amenities were great with lots if extras, and best of all, it was located a baseball throw from Yellowstone National Park...I highly recommend checking this place out, no matter if it’s summer or the middle of winter, I’m sure you’ll love it!!!"
"Gorgeous house, fantastic views, and located just outside the park entrance! We were lucky enough to spend a week here last fall. The house is immaculate, stocked well, and had beautiful decor. Patrik and Sarah were very accommodating and had so many great tips on what to see in the park itself. We spent long days in the park and enjoyed having such a beautiful, peaceful house to come back to each evening. The deck was perfect for use all day long. Whether it be in the morning for coffee or the evenings cooking our dinner on the BBQ, we had amazing views of Yellowstone River, and watched deer elk come through almost nightly. Within walking distance of all the restaurants and stores in Gardiner. We are already planning another trip and plan to stay here again!"
