Reviews
"Very close to the Parks Highway and well worth the $5 per car fee. We visited in late winter and although the falls were limited by snow and ice the water was still doing its thing. The trail was well maintained, no falling into snow hip deep and no sliding down it either. Unmatched scenery, especially for those of us from warmer climates. We had a great time. Maybe a slight challenge for those not used to hiking (up and down both ways) but should be manageable for most as it is a short trail. Highly recommend!"
"Note to couples, bring locks for the overlook! Lots of couples beat us to it. There are multiple trail options to choose a walk along the creek or to stay up top and lookout from observation decks."
"Really neat fall at the end of the trail with a nice view of the gorge along the way. It is pretty steep in places (especially for flat landers like us lol). Definitely worth the quick stop for a hike and view."
"Nice and easy short hike. It was a popular area on the Saturday we went, parking in the parking lot ran out. There are other great mountain views to see on other trails but this trail was something quick and easy to do. Great for kids and checking that hiking check box. Had restrooms and $5 all day parking at the beginning, an overlook midway that views the river and steep cliffs, and another overlook at the end with seating to see the falls. There was another trail that forked and led to the creek, but we didn't explore it."
