"Do not go to Allen Dental for any service including cleaning if they don’t take your insurance no matter what they tell you, you are guaranteed to pay substantially moore. I was lied too and told and I believed them that cleaning would not cost more but it did substantially! The fact is you will be ripped off by very dishonest people especially if they don’t take your insurance and will send you to collections! Another fact Dr Allen, is your staff was dishonest and told me what I needed to hear to get me in the door. You could have done the right thing and written this off but instead you took advantage of the situation and sent me to collections, great move!"

"Very welcoming staff. I went in and got my X-ray, they made it very easy and efficient. There were some very loud crying kids, and the staff came out and tried to help calm the kid down. They were unsuccessful but it was not their fault. Very clean environment as well and it is probably the best dentist I have ever been to."
