KFC

"This is the 13th KFC that I've been to. I am trying to eat at as many KFC's across as America, and then the world, as I can. I also ate here on a Friday. So I was a little scared since my 13th KFC.... on a Friday. Get what I'm saying? I also experienced sticky floors... but that's only because I accidentally dropped my soda. (Friday the 13th vibes, big time.) I was so embarrassed. Before I could even play it off like it wasn't me who dropped the drink, an employee immediately came out and cleaned up my mess and reassured me it was OK. Victor is right about the food not even being close to hot.... but that's only because after I spilled my drink I was literally too embarrassed to eat there so I asked for a box, took my meal and booked it. But by the time I got back to the hotel, regained my composure, and finally felt okay enough about the situation to build up an appetite again, it had been about an hour and by that time, my meal was cold. It tasted just as good cold though. Shoutout to the employee who played it off like it was totally normal for customers to dump large drinks all over the floor. You made me feel a lot better about the situation. Absolutely amazing customer service. Even gave me a new cup. I highly recommend this KFC."

"KFC used to be such a treat to go to. Very disappointed this time. Biscuit was crunchy dry. Soft drinks were well carbonated, but flavorless. The meal was barely warm. Mashed potatoes weren't initially good, but left a bad after taste. Chicken wasn't bad, but it wasn't close to hot. I'd rather eat Maveriks prepared sandwiches than go back to KFC."

"It was pretty good. I did order original, but it was awful crispy, so not sure. Not greasy like sometimes."

"Good food, as usual. My only issue is that the lady working the drive-thru did not confirm what side I wanted with my combo... good thing I wanted mashed potatoes, I would've been pretty upset if I'd gotten home with fries or corn."

"No dining room. Went to the sign at the drive through and ordered with the # provided on the door (since RV too tall for drive in). The girl who answered the phone was super courteous and a young man met us at the front door, took our money and brought us back exactly what we ordered. Very pleased they worked with us and no attitude."
