"This place used to be amazing. Something has recently changed for the worse. Dined in and was told any appetizers that were cooked in pizza oven would be a 45 min wait due to backed up togo pizza orders. They were only opened for 45 min, but ok. They didn't have baked potatoes and the prime rib didn't appear fresh ,but leftover and was served luke warm. Salad bar was lacking and potato salad looked really old with a skin and dry. Soup wasn't soup at all but more of a rice caserol (no stock). Overall just ok this time but not worth what the check was. Staff were friendly and courteous. Will try again maybe with fingers crossed."

"Worst service of any carry out I've experienced. It took 13 attempts to get my call to go through because I kept receiving the message to not leave a VM and to call back. Why there isn't a hold feature in the 21st century is beyond me. I was told 45 min for my order to be ready. 15 min after placing my order, I missed a call from them. As soon as I saw it, I tried calling back. Over 20 min and I was still not able to get through, all the while driving there. I arrived about 5 min before my order was to be ready. The hostess was checking out another's customer and told me to wait just a min. After that transaction, she then waited on the man who walked in after me! When she got to me, I told her I has missed a call and was concerned about my order. She checked her order pad and said no, I have you order here. She didn't bother to go check to see if anyone else called me. While waiting for my order, a waitress had come to the front and the hostess whispered she was sorry the orders were taking so long; the waitress said don't worry about it, it's not our problem. What a terrible attitude to have and especially in front of your customers. My pizza finally came out 50 min after the time I was told. There was not a single word of apology the entire time I sat there waiting nor when I paid the bill. I wasn't the only customer waiting. I can't believe that no one would offer an apology and no manager or supervisor stopped to say anything. Worst customer service ever!"

"Not a bad place to dine if you are in Newcastle, Wyoming. Wide variety. I ordered meat eater pizza and it was real good and the serving was generous. Service was prompt and server was very nice. Got my pizza in 10 minutes. Lots of parking space even after 1800hrs. Wheel chair friendly. Atmosphere was very nostalgic Western. I will most definitely visit this place again."
