Big Deal Burger

"So I order online and showed up when it should have been done. Just to see my ticket just sitting there and they didn’t start on it till I showed up. They didn’t offer me anything for there mistake. They also tried to give raw onion rings and claim it was fries. Just horrible service"

"Absolutely horrible. Our food arrived so cold you could feel it through the wrapper, and looked as if it were left out for a few hours. The buns were dry and fell apart as soon as the burger was unwrapped. The fries looked like shriveled green beans in a baggie full of straight uncooked cooking oil. We were missing 3 of the over 8 dollar specialty fries. The drinks were flat also, no carbonation. Paid almost 100.00 this time. Will most likely not return to this location as we visited a few days ago in store and even inside we never received the potato casseroles we ordered with our 115.00 dollar meal. Too much money to be wasted on food that McDonald's would be ashamed of."

"I was a little skeptical since I hadn’t heard of this place, but wow! The burgers really hit the spot. I tried the “nunchuck Norris” burger.. so freakin good!"

"The food was really gross! It took forever to get the food, and when we got the food,  the fries were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, the buns on the burgers were soggy, and the meat in the hamburgers tasted really bad! It was like the burger was a generic frozen burger with no seasonings or flavor at all! Not to mention, we didn't even get all of the toppings that we ordered for the burgers. My whole family agrees that the food is YUCK!!"

"Burnt burger and raw fries. So raw they won't even break in half. Its actually still a potatoes. Only reason I have one star is the pecan pie was edible."
