Diamond Heart Cattlemen’s Steakhouse

"Ordered a diamond heart burger, supposed to come with 3 extras and be 3/4 of a pound. 20.99 They bring me out the wrong burger I mentioned it to the waitress she looks at me perplexed and walks away while I’m trying to communicate her the problem. 10 mins later I ask another employee to get me a manager. Because I’m sitting there with the wrong burger and not what I asked for on it. She proceeds to discuss that I asked for a manager to the only other table and waits another 8 minutes to tell me no manager is on duty and would I like the cook to make another . Yeah instead of making me wait fo another 25 after I get my food I think not. Food was good for it not being what I ordered but won’t come back do to the customer service."

"We stopped by Diamond Heart Cattlemen’s Steakhouse after a day of boating at Bear Lake. We absolutely loved this place. The staff was so welcoming, our waitress was so sweet and attentive. The burgers were amazing! And huge! Also an Idaho girl like me LIVES for fresh cut fries with some fry sauce. This place does it right."

"Service was good! Our waitress was kind, was consistent. Not going to lie, my New York Strip looked absolutely amazing. It was cooked perfectly and the meat was good. Like many reviews have said though, there was no flavor in the meat. In my opinion, a good steak doesn’t need any steak sauce. I couldn’t get myself to eat it without A1 because it was so bland. Same went for everyone in our group. Those who had burgers loved their meal. Everything was good, just the flavor was so bad that I can’t give anything higher than 2 stars because that’s why you eat at places."
