"Great people, great food and amazing service! 10/10 do recommend!"
"Went in for a late lunch ONLY customers in the place we placed our drink orders and waited and waited and waited so we left. I owned a restaurant and am very forgiving if the place is packed but when you are the only customers and i could see them chatting in the kitchen I'll take my business elsewhere and only come here when the owner is present. Unfortunately it's hard to find decent help these day."
"A great place to go. It's a nice out of the way country spot. Great food with terrific service."
"Surrounded by beauty, this little Cafe serves up scrumptious food. Each of us tried different options and shared-all was delicious. We'll be back. They have a great store too!"
"I REALLY wanted to give this place more stars but I cannot justify it off this sole visit. We will revisit one more time to see if it was just an off night. We arrived around 7:15 feeling that was well enough time before the 8pm closing time for a light Supper. We ordered canned drinks while we perused the menu. It was pretty busy for one waitress to handle the mini rush so we were in no hurry. Some people arrived after us and received their food before we did ours. She had forgotten us. All in all it was 2 hours before we received our food and we spent the greater part of the/ evening there chatting with the owner as they began to shut down. The food was on par with typical bar food. We ordered a burger and fries and the taco special. The side salad was fresh but we could tell the beans and rice for the tacos were canned/boxed. The owner also admitted the chili is also canned even though a good quality one. The salsa although, was homemade by his wife and was very tasty! It's a bit out of the way for most but if you like the "off-the-beaten-path" locally owned and run places, don't be discouraged, as it's a great way to meet with more local people."
