"Delicious sandwiches. Good service depends on who's working."

"Won't come back here. Didn't get to eat nor did we get an explanation why. They were clearly open when we arrived around 11AM, the woman working said nothing to us while we stood in line and looked at the menu. It was just two of us, and there was one person in front of us. We stood there for 2 maybe 3 minutes and when she finished up with the person in front of us she walked up and pulled the glass down over the food, then set a paper down that said "Sorry, Subway will be closed today" and said nothing else. No apology or explanation, just a piece of paper saying they would be closed. I'm not sure if she was short staffed or what, but there were only two of us in the line. I don't know why she couldn't serve us, and I would have been okay with it had she given us the slightest explanation or apology, but she just rudely declined to serve us with a piece of paper. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I won't waste my time trying to go there next time I'm going through the area."

"Wasn't served due to managers policy of filling online orders prior to customers in line. This was 25 minutes prior to closing. Myself and at least one other customer were turned away."

"During a sub giveaway, one of our sandwiches was incorrect. They were so busy, they still took the time to make the right one. They were courteous about it. And the new sandwiches were delicious."

"Subway Manager April is anything but professional. From cursing at customers and employees alike to verbal abuse to staff and patrons, this so called "Manager" is driving away customers and her employees faster then she can make a sandwich. I'm surprised I am the first to leave a review here, and hope to see more reviews from the patrons and employees of Marbleton/Big Piney alike."
