"Rude customer service, hung up the phone before we even made the order. Unprofessional phone service."

"Place an order for delivery. Didn't show up. Said would be late. Again, never showed up. Then the answer I got from management was well were relying on doordash people and it was never on the way oh, and we close in 5 minutes so I'll have to cancel your order anyway."

"The cashier who checked me out lacked customer service skills. She continually went to the back in order to eat. I've worked fast food, I understand people get hungry and you need to find time to step back and eat. However, it should not be at the expense of your job. After I had paid the cashier, yet again, went to the back to begin eating again instead of handing my order to me. I had to open the warming door and grab the food myself. This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had at this Pizza Hut. Completely disappointed!"

"Where do I even begin? Benjamin, who apparently is a manager, waited on us. Never once spend more than like 15 seconds at our table. Practically threw the food down. Never asked how things were, didn’t refill our drinks. My wings had no sauce so I asked if he could put some on and the picture below is what he threw back in front of me before rolling his eyes and walking away (empty drinks sitting on the end of the table the entire time) Keana was so nice and she almost made the experience bearable. We didn’t even finish our meal we packed it up after I hunted him down for a box. Paid and left. The two girls up front listened, we’re so sweet and apologized. They should really reconsider who they have in management. We won’t be back."

"This place was a God send, we had been driving for 8 hours since breakfast and were starving. The food was super good and fresh. Many pizza huts pre make the bread sticks but the ones here were super fresh. The waiter was great and very efficient. I would be back and would recommend."
