He hooked up my radiator hose up to a small piece of pipe on the bottom of my radiator to get me to the shop. It saved me a Tow Bill. Troy and Kate ordered the radiator through the shop. "I'm not impressed at all. Most of the staff had aditued issues. The technician did not explain why the need for the 7k repair very well. He walked away and said nothing after questioning him.. I was a technician for over 20 years. I had my fair share of difficult customers. But you just stick to your guns and explain and show the customer the issue. Not just walk away. Very unprofessional."
