"Do NOT break down inside YNP. Current rate is $175 hour to tow, ran by clueless Teens and 20-something year old's. My end to end towing to get out of the park was North of $1300. They claim that if you have AAA or roadside assistance they will turn them away at the gate and as such have monopolized the service. Use your road side assistance if you have it. If you do not have cell service do not let them tow you until you use their phone to get in touch with your road side service as they will pick up the exorbitant tab. The First Tow driver brought the wrong (2 up dingy) tow truck, have to turn around and bring a flat bed, and charged me for the entire time incurred. The first tow to the old faithful inn was $847.80 to move the vehicle about 15-20 miles. Really sad and shameful opportunistic behavior to a captive audience who already has had a large setback on their respective vacations."

"Great gas station filled with snacks, drinks, and of course gas. Friendly staff that helped informed us on the area and where to go. Even a little gift store next door with t shirts, blankets, and other goodies! Nice stop. Bathrooms were clean."

"If possible get a tow to any other garage, than to this!!!! We had a brake issue, that was "fixed", so the mechanic said, but 50 miles later, we broke down with exactly the same issue. As we asked for a refund of the money for the labor, it was denied, because from their point of view it was a complete other brake problem (with the new installed brakes). I really feel betrayed of the spent money and of the time (because we had to spend another day of our holidays in a garage). I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO THERE, IF YOU WANT PROPER WORK DONE!!!!"

"This towing company charged my son $135.00 per hour, to tow him just a few miles outside the park and ended up costing $496.15. NEVER use this service! The tow was needed for two flat tires, obviously not a huge accident or timely job for the two driver. The record says his work took 3 1/2 hours. The time included the time the driver spent leaving his house, getting to the site, towing a few miles just outside the park -- very questionable.This is outrageous."
