"Passed onto management. I've been hearing that for almost 2 years. Paid $$$ for hydraulic lift on my 2025R mower deck so I didn't lose 3 point function. Instead I lost tilt on my bucket....their mistake but they agreed to fix it. For $900 dollars. Said thet had to remove the cab. Hmmm....I fixed it with a $500 part. No cab removal. PTO came apart. Thay said ready in a week. Nearly 3 weeks later got my tractor back with wiring hanging out of it and still PTO didn't work at 540 rpms. Wouldn't shift. 7k in unrecoverable work. But hey....they offered me a sweatshirt and ball cap. NO THANKS! Again. I fixed it. I have zero confidence in RDOs service department. I could go on...but hopefully you get the picture."

"Cannot say how pleased we were with RDO. Bought a used mini-excavator and didn't know it's history. From our first call we received excellent service. We received a quote, they called during the work with options when locating a newly discovered potential issue, and took into account how/how much the unit would be used for our needs. I trust their advice and would recommend them to others."

"I previously gave RDO (formerly Triple W) 5 stars for their great service. The parts guys are great, but boy have their sales folks dragged them down. I called to inquire about a tractor on their site and to get basic/rough trade information for my current tractor. The person who answered the phone said "We cannot provide a detailed estimate until we come out, take pics and send them to South Dakota" (or wherever). I reassured her that I was only wanting rough information so I could know if the tractor I was interested in was within my budget or not. Her response was "Look, I can transfer you to a sales person so they can tell you the same thing I just did, but you won't get a better answer". And just like that, RDO lost me as a customer. Now I'm not shopping for a $300k combine, true. But I'm not just looking at a chainsaw, either. I was a farm kid who was always told Deere was worth if for both the quality product and the quality service. Today there's more than one dealer in town, and more than one Deere dealer in the state, so I'm not so sure RDO is worth it."
