"The most helpful staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting"
"I've made a return beginning of summer 2023 ( box was never opened, just found a better deal) the older person that helped me was rude but that's not why I'm doing this review, he never gave a receipt for the return and said they don't give receipts for returns, he said money was back on the card and I'm good to go. Well I never got my $70 back on the card, long story short I made another return in wasilla today and what do know I actually got a receipt that shows money going back to my credit card. I like AIH but that location in eagle River will not get my business"
"Called and got a price for a chainsaw. When I got there they had the saw ready but the price was +$75 from what they had told me. Classic Bait & Switch."
"Great time of the year for Christmas shopping, and I went in to AIH looking for leather, sherpa-lined work gloves. AIH had the sizes I needed for everyone and the price is very reasonable and has not changed much for quite some time. They expect their huge annual calendars any time now; I've said for decades I could not keep house without them! You'd better head to AIH!"
"Their staff is always friendly and helpful when you need them to be without hovering over you. There is a large variety of items, many things that the large box stores don’t have and they carry quality items. It’s a great place to wander around in and discover new things and get those hard to buy for people gifts."
