"Don't select thier delivery service! Attempted to order balloons from this store because they advertised delivery service. Was told in-store that I had several delivery window options to choose from. They never said the balloons might not arrive or that thier "service" is actually just Uber. They attempted a couple times to send an uber driver and each time apparently the balloons we ordered 'wouldn't fit'. It wasn't the end of the world. At the end of the day they're just balloons. What is unacceptable is that the store would not refund my credit card for the purchase nor offer store credit. When I asked for a supervisor, who I knew was in the back, he refused to come to the front and instead made his employees deal with the situation with no resolution. Unacceptable. Do better. Zero stars."

"For how big the store is the baby shower selection is small and it's all either pink or blue and the graduation selection was about 1/4 the store, which seems a bit overboard for me. Other than that they have a pretty good selection of other party stuff."

"We’ve visited this place many times, and the customer service here is awful! Always long lines with no one ever working the registers. Tonight, we went in and ordered a balloon bouquet that was advertised on their sign as $38.00. When they rang up our total on the register, it almost came out to $60! We asked about the $38 advertisement we saw on their counter and asked for, they said “oh those are premade. You can’t pick the colors.” We paid almost $60 for some balloons! Also, they made us hold the balloons as she filled each one up, and when I handed them back to her, I expected her to adjust them to make them look nice. But, nope, she just tied them up as is. I was shocked and disappointed. When we finally got done paying, I asked for my receipt but the machine wouldn’t print out receipt. We finally gave up waiting for it and left. The whole experience was a nightmare and I wouldn’t return here for balloons ever again."

"If I could leave a 0 rating I would. I went in at 3pm to get 2 small balloons filled at the balloon order desk, where the employee said leave your balloons and I'll fill them in about 15 mins if you want to wait in your car. After hanging out in the store to follow the progress, who I assume is the manager said you have to pay for the helium first then we can fill balloons. I didn't leave the store till 4pm. I'm wondering why that was NOT communicated when I first walked up to the desk, yes the employee was with someone and was taking her time to do things right but she did NOT help me. Also the communication between the employees was very unprofessional and I thought was also not helping me to get out the door."

"I'm SUPER HAPPY & EXCITED we finally have a Party City here in town!!! They have so much to offer at a great price! There is a grand variety of all of your needs, much of which I have yet to see here in town. The store is easy to navigate and the staff are friendly and helpful. They take you to whatever you are looking for, instead of just pointing you to a general direction."
